After landlord has contacted you and you have viewed the property, and both you and landlord are happy to proceed with the tenancy, Fill in tenant application form sent to you by the landlord

Pay for your credit report for a decision to be sent to landlord

Sign the tenancy agreement, provide proof of your identity to landlord, set up direct debit mandate.

Landlords/those seeking flat mates

Landlords enter your property details and carry out a search of the rendirectuk tenant database. You will find a list of tenants who have been graded according to their suitability

Contact tenants you think are suitable from our tenant database, arrange a viewing, send the tenant via email our tenant application form. If you and tenant are happy to proceed, tenant will be asked to pay for a credit reference report

Decision is made whether the tenants credit reference report comes back as satisfactory. Tenant pays for the referencing report, unless you state otherwise

Protect your investment by using our inventory system to create a report when the tenant moves in and when they move out.
